My question

This week helped me understand how education, conflict, and peace are closely connected in teaching context. I can see that creating a safe and supportive learning environment can reduce conflict and help build positive relationships. The VPLP framework helped me think more about listening to learners and supporting their voices. The Ecological Systems Theory also helped me understand how different factors, like family, community, and environment, affect learners’ behavior and learning.

One question I still have is how can I better support learners who are affected by conflict but are not ready to share their experiences?
