For me, I stay very closed with my learners so that sthey feel comfort to talk about their feelings.I talk a lot with them and share my story and family background which make confident and disire the leaners talk about their feelings. I start first, they follow.I found out the learners’ needs are with respect to their social and emotional well-being, in the classroom, during the lesson or activities, if a student is not being perticipate like normal, I belive that the student is not being ok with something.To help express their feelings, I use a flipchart and sticky notes, then I let them write their feelings right now, and the reason. I do not let them write their names on the note because some they might not ok sharing their emotions.
