Key principles of supportive learning environment

Yes, this principles can still be apply in the conflict settings but it had to be adapt a little bit by focusing on students emotion and safety. Because, some students may feel shy and not flexible to speak up or act in front of their friend and teacher. The teacher need to be supportive and gentle to make the students active in the by saying " don't be shy " It okay " you can do it" After they make it ' say good job" and give applause.
