How do you help your learners to identify and talk about their emotions?

To help us identify our feelings and talk about our emotions, our teacher sometimes would let us draw the bottle, and he would ask the students to paint the color based on their feelings. Each of the students has different colors represent different feeling. 

Another method that he used was that he showed us a short video, and he asked the students to write down how do they feel about the video, how did the students feel before watching the video.
