As for me, I experienced that most of my teachers are using SEL style  in the classroom. They always include some activities in their lesson plan. It is really useful for the students because it also depends on the students' emotions to focus on their lessons. When the students emotion is like they don’t want to study, then teachers do some activity to make them up or make the lesson more interesting for the students as activity.
