I try to include self-respect in my teaching to be aware of their action to get respect from people. This principle improve the classroom from having conflict between students. 

I also try to set the rules created by students in the classroom, so they will be responsible according to their rules before someone's else follow. It reminds them to be self-aware before trying to break the rules. Lastly, I prefer tidiness and common sense, to always keep things that they mess up. It might improve them professionally.
