Key principles of a supportive learning environment

1. Can these principles apply to all learning contexts, such as conflict and displacement?

In my experience, these principles can be applied in most learning contexts, including conflict and displacement settings, because they do not require many materials or a large space. However, some activities may be less effective in certain situations, especially activities that require large spaces or special materials.

2. Have you encountered any problems? How did you address them?

Yes, sometimes I face problems with limited space because we only have small classrooms. During the rainy season, we cannot do outdoor activities. At that time, I try to keep students’ attention by using indoor games and activities. I adapt the lesson plan to fit the situation so that students can still participate and learn even with limited space and resources.
