Compared to the beginning of the course, the chatbot has improved a lot. It is now more user-friendly, and the responses are quicker and clearer. This makes it easier for me to understand the learning materials and finish the activities.

However, it could be even more effective if it were able to answer a wider range of related questions, not just those directly linked to the main topic. At times, learners want to explore ideas further or ask follow-up questions, and more flexible responses would help support deeper understanding.
