Share your activity and peer review

I usually start my class with games and songs. This helps students feel refreshed and energized for the lesson. Sometimes, I let them write down how they feel on paper and share it with people they trust. It becomes a normal activity, and they are no longer shy after one or two weeks.

I also make agreements with them and keep the promises I make. I provide a flexible learning environment and adjust activities depending on their behavior. In addition, I leave about 15 minutes at the end of the class for reflection, feedback, and a brief review of the lesson.

This is a useful way to connect with students, and we can also use different techniques to approach students of different ages.
