Discussion

When i was a student, I notice how my teachers help us identify and talk about our emotions. They often start with simple check-ins, like asking how we feel with a fashcard, or we have to demostrated one word and other studends have to guess, and mindful walking in the morning activity, which makes it easier to get relax and breath fresh air.

To understand our needs, they sometimes ask us to share anonymously or in small groups, so we can talk about what helps us feel safe and supported.

Activities we have used include group discussions, drawing feelings and explain, role-playing, and games that encourage teamwork. These activities help us understand our emotions, communicate better, and feel more confident, energetive, and pay more attention in the classroom.
