Key principles of a supportive learning environment

  • In your experience, can these principles apply equally to all learning contexts? For example, can they still be applied in settings of conflict and displacement?

Yes, we can apply all these principles to all learning context even if in settings of conflict and displacement.  When I was a teacher I also use some of the principles but in a different ways to make the students active, happy and engage in the lessons that I teach using some of quite similar method in the video.

  • If you have tried implementing these principles, have you encountered any problems making them work in practice? How did you address these issues?

Yes, I have tried implementing these principles. I have encountered some of the problems like the students in the rural area they are conservative so at first it is a bit hard for them to do it but later on after they getting familiar with it and began to be active.
