This week, I learned that students’ emotions are very important for learning. I experienced how my teacher supports students’ emotional well-being by starting the class with fun activities to help us feel refreshed and ready to learn.

I also thought about activities that create a safe and supportive learning environment. For example, I use the “Crossing the River Game,” where students work in groups, cooperate, and solve problems while having fun. This activity helps students feel confident, build teamwork skills, and follow rules, which also helps me manage the classroom.

Overall, I learned that teaching is not only about lessons but also about supporting students emotionally and creating a positive classroom environment.
