Over the course of this week, I learned about Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). After I learned this, I realize that teaching is not only about teaching the academic content, but also about supporting students’ emotional well-being, self-awareness, and relationships with others. I learned many things of group discussion and some activities that we can use in learning.

One thing I still thinking about is couselling, as i mention in 3.4 it would be too heavy to handle for teachers.
