I have learned many things from this course. At first I thought , we are teachers and we go and teach, explain the lesson and help the students with what they need and then finish. But when I attend this course I feel like I understand more about the students situation and what are the teacher responsibility. As a teacher not only teach, we also need to be creative especially when we face with limited resources. I have learned many useful theories and not only care about the students education but also well-being.I also have learned a very useful counselling skill. It helps me for my further teaching. I understand that all students have a rich and complex social and emotional life within and beyond their time in the class room. So as a teacher we must be able to observe our students , their emotional and social well being, especially where there is likely to be an experience of trauma of some kind. Find a counselor for them or be their counselor. Talk to their parents and give the best suggestions to the parents.
