My experience is slightly different from scenario shown in the video, in my school, the students are responsible for planning their own graduation, especially, Grade 10 and grade 12. Started from finding funds for the graduation, students had to selling school t-shirt for find capital, organizing fundraising and raise money for the preparing graduation. The process is all done by the students. I believe in this way, they raised the value of responsibility, self-management, team-work and respect while working together in the microsystem.
