share your activity and peer review

To create a safe and emotionally supportive environment for learning, I will use 5-10 mins physical activities like short dance or silent walk, but the activities must be updated every day depend on when the class of a day is. I want to do this before I go to lesson because students come to the class with different emotions; Some might be sleepy or some might happy. Therefore, to be able to learn, I believe students need some physical activities to change their mood and get them ready to learn. It helps both students physically and mentally because I believe that when you are overthinking or stress, it is helpful to do some physical activities, and I also use this method often when I have a hard time. After doing something like singing or walking, I feel refresh and my body gets lighter. It is also easy for the teacher to manage because it is easy activities.

Peer's feedback

Yes, I do also believe that this activity would help both teachers and students. Physical activity such walking or dance before the lessons can make the students more active, and it will also help the students to throw out their stress before starting the class. In addition, I think that this activity can also be played after break before the class stars again.
