In week 3 lesson, I gain the valuable lessons such as what is ESL, student well-being and how to create the effective environment of teaching. These lessons are really helpful to the students to be able to manage themselves knowing self-awareness, self-management such as core principle of SEL competencies. 

Moreover, in the conflict and crisis setting it is very important that knowing counseling which can support and understand each other. In here, teacher takes a big important role not only teaching but also caring the students who might need counseling. However, although teacher is the very important role, it is necessary that teachers know asking help from the school or community working together to care for the students especially in the crisis area.
