Over to you

How do you help your learners to identify and talk about their emotions?

I think in here, it will be better if we can do like a "reflecting journel" or "meditation" might help somehow as these activities are something that it takes time to reflect on yourself. After that, maybe they can share these feelings among themselves. I mean only those who are comfortable to share.

How do you find out what your learners’ needs are with respect to their social and emotional well-being?

It can be like "a talkative student suddenly stop talking" or "a polite student started to have an aggressive behaviors." Maybe by seeing this, somehow, you can identify whether the students are having a good or bad social and emotional well-being.

What activities have you used to support learners’ social and emotional well-being and development?

Meditaion, reflecting journal, mindful walking, etc.
