Learning from the experiences of other teachers is always helpful in some way. I realized that most of the challenges I am encountering are not unique. Some of the stories from other teachers are really inspiring and touching. They remind me of how privilege I am and I should not take things for granted. Sharing and learning from each other help develop a sense of solidarity and I learned some of the practical strategies that I can apply for my future classes to create a safer and more supportive learning environment while providing a better learning experience for students.
