1 The customer area

The sustainable business model canvas. It is split into five main areas each coloured in a different colour: Infrastructure, Offer, Customers, Financial viability and Sustainability.

The Infrastructure area is in the top left and is coloured green. It is made up of three blocks labelled key partners, key activities and key resources.

Next to this in the centre is the Offer area also labelled value propositions, coloured brown.

The Customers area is in the top right area, coloured turquoise. It is made up of three blocks labelled customer relationships, customer segments and channels.

Underneath these three areas is the Financial viability area coloured sky blue. Two blocks make up this area labelled cost structure and revenue streams

Finally underneath the Financial viability area, is the Sustainability area, coloured light grey. Two blocks make up this area labelled eco-social costs and eco-social benefits.
