Children's University - Free online courses

Discover free online courses you can use to earn Children's University stamps.

If you are registered with a Children's University, you can use these free online courses to earn Children's University stamps by following five easy steps.

  1. Create an OpenLearn account and then come back to this page.
  2. Choose a course from the list below or browse the wider OpenLearn website.
  3. Once you’ve chosen a course, you’ll see it is labelled with the number of hours it should take to complete, make a note of this for later.
  4. Work through the course at your own pace. When you finish the course, you can download a certificate or a digital badge to prove you have completed it. 
  5. Send this certificate or badge to your Children's University provider. You should also state how many hours the course took in order to determine how many stamps you should receive.
