IB Classes

Stands for International Baccalaureate. Harder and rigorous courses. Lots of homework, 2-3 hours. More emphasis on writing and developing critical-thinking skills. Exams cost around $119. IB offers higher-level and standard-level courses. To get an IB diploma, you have to take at least three higher-level courses. Most colleges give credit for higher-level IB exams, but not all give credit for standard-level IB exams. Must be enrolled in an IB class in order to take the IB exam.
