What to do When Setting Goals

1. Be specific & focused. Example: "I want to lose 20 pounds in 6 months." 2. Make a goal that is measurable in terms of success or failure. Example: "I want to decrease the number of questions I get wrong on math tests." 3. Be realistic. Example: "I want to learn Chinese and have basic fluency by the end of the year.
