The Problem

1. You keep checking your phone. 2. You don't have the motivation. 3. You keep leaving your desk to eat & drink. 4. You feel like your brain seems to have stopped working. 5. It's too hot or too cold. 6. There's too much noise. 7. You're multitasking.

These problems are all due to distractions! Distractions include things on your phone such as messages, games, and social media. They also include hunger, thirst, tiredness, temperature, noise, friends, family, pets, etc.   Almost everything around you can be distracting so it can be hard to focus & concentrate!
