Are you a drone pilot looking to explore the opportunity of expanding your offering in the agricultural, forestry and rural sectors? Are you a student interested in knowing how drones can impact positively on agricultural sustainability? Maybe you know very little about drones but would like to experiment with them in rural settings?
In this free course, Developing business ideas for drone technologies, you will develop a general knowledge and understanding of the drone industry, the emerging innovations in the sector and the different business models that involve the use of drones. Your knowledge will be complemented by content and activities to support the development of an innovative business idea involving the use of drones. Activities will include stakeholder mapping, analysis of the regulatory environment, design of a value proposition and of a business model appropriate for your idea, as well as consideration of sustainability aspects and of the industry ecosystem’s dynamics. The course will also offer the chance to develop practical and professional skills to articulate and communicate your business ideas to different stakeholders.
The development of this course was funded by the ICAERUS project. The ICAERUS project was funded by the EU under the Horizon Europe scheme Grant Agreement 101060643 and UK under Innovate UK reference 10038181.

A few points:
Week 4 2.1.2 Activity 2 the drag options must be placed in a certain order even if they are labelled the same, e.g., there are 2 labelled "Required gain" that need to be swapped to gain the correct answer (similarly for the 2 that are labelled "Desired gain").
Week 4 Question 10 BDAF correctly rejects 'Validity', though this was required in Question 3 from Week 3?
Week 5 1.3 Channels Table 1 "Own stores" is listed as "Indirect", despite "...where customers can directly purchase..."
Week 5 1.4 Activity 3 Task B: I was surprised to note that "Training programmes empower customers with necessary skills" would ONLY actually allow placement under "Customer relationships", else it just drifted back down!?
