From Day 2 i have learned about building Open Community. Here i got the the intention and guideline to build open Community. Community of practice is also an important term which i have learned. The most interesting thing was to know about Challenge of CoPs. Waiting to learn more in more 13 days.
Hi Mohammed, great to see you moving along in the course. CoPs come with all the challenges of humans working together on teams. There are different opinions, different ways of accomplishing tasks, different strengths, ideas. Sometimes there's conflict. Most of the time, in my experience of open CoPs there's harmony and great sharing (rather than insisting, or judging).
Hi Mohammed , is there a community of practice that you belong to? Do you use OER or open pedagogy in your teaching or in your profession? What sort of OER repositories do you use in Bangladesh?
Thanks,
Robert
