OE means posibilities.

Hi everyone, 

For me, open education means possibilities. Possibilities to access to opportunities in many ways, first, according to the needs and interestings of each student; second, according to the needs of change in the world. 

An example of this is the work of Stephen Downs, through their blog, newsletter, youtube chanel, and so on; he gives access to their findings, researches and conferences.
