Introduction - OT in Wales

Hi, I'm Sarah. I am a clinical lead Occupational Therapist working in a palliative care team in West Wales. All MND patients within my locality are on my caseload and I am currently undertaking an MSc in Advanced Practice and doing my dissertation on the topic of MND. We run a MND clinic every 3 months at present, however due to need we are trying to increase this to having an MND clinic monthly/bi-monthly. Our MND clinics are well attended by MDT members including MND coordinator, neurologist, palliative care consultant, physiotherapist, dietician, SALT, respiratory nurse and myself.
