Reflecting on different approaches to care
Purpose
This activity will help you gain insight into how different teams approach care and consider what can be learned from different models of MDT working.
Task
Reflect on the case studies you have read this week and write a short reflective post.
In your post, consider:
whether you would have done anything differently
whether anything surprised you
any additional thoughts or learning you would like to share.
Try to avoid reading other learners’ posts until you have completed your own.
Once you have posted your reflection, read other learners’ contributions and respond where you can add to the discussion.
