my experience

I have not had experience of working with people who have been diagnosed with MND or the professionals who support them.

I joined this course to gain a better understanding.

I would find it beneficial to hear from my colleagues who have experience and learn from them.

My understanding of Multidisciplinary working is 

Improves quality of life for the person.

Enables them to lead their plan of care.

Ensures that all professionals are working together to positively support the person through the different stages of their lives

Enable carers to have access to support and guidance so they don't feel alone.
