Registered Nurse in Wellbeing in Specialist Palliative Care Hospice, UK

Hello everyone

I work in the Wellbeing centre of a hospice, we have a case load that includes patients with several life limiting conditions, including MND.

We offer MDT support to patients to help them live as well as possible for as long as possible in the community, the team consists of nurses, volunteers, occupational therapists, physiotherapist, counsellor, complementary therapist, social worker.

We work closely alongside our MND keyworker, in supporting people living with MND transitioning into hospice support.
