Introduction

Hi there, 

I am Kirstie. I am a Nurse by background, having previously worked in Stroke, ICU and Palliative Care. I am the Neuro Navigator for Rare and Progressive Conditions in West Hertfordshire. My case load comprises of patients with MND, MSA, PSP, CBD & HD. 

I work in the Neuro Rehab Team which comprises myself, OTs, PTs, RAs, MS CNS and PD CNS. 

I chair the Neuro Palliative MDT here once a month which is well attended by SLT, Hospice Teams, Palliative Care CNS, Social Care services and Dietetics, and also attended by the MND CNS' from Queens Square.
