On reflection

Because I work in wheelchair services just now and I see a lot of MND patient in my clinical history taking a whole MDT approach are being followed but it is difficult for me to pass a comment regarding this just now, although in my previous post which was Learning disability NICE recommendations is widely follow as virtually all the mention team approaches are followed regarding long tern condition. Immediately a patient is diagnosed of MND they are passed on to the MND MDT
