MND clinic at hospice

I have recently started working as a physio in a hospice, and have been excited to learn they have created an MND clinic, whereby MND patients known to the service can have a 'one stop shop' to access their neurologist, palliative care consultant, OT, PT, dietitian, MND co-ordinator and specialist nurse. I feel like this is such a great service as patients can have all their needs met in one place. Has anyone else experienced anything similar, and what does their clinic include?
