My experience

I work within a very close MDT, we meet monthly to discuss all patients diagnosed with MND, referrals to each discipline within the team are prompt and communications flow very well.

There is a clinic held prior to the MDT meeting which is consultant led and attended by one of the neuro nurses, the patients then have the opportunity to be reviewed by SLT/Dietician/Physio or OT
