MDT working

In all areas but particularly with MND MDT working is so important. I feel something that has been done well where I work is running an MND clinic, where patients are able to access a dietitian, neurologist, palliative care consultant, CNS, link to social work, PT, and OT. From a patient perspective this can be really helpful as its a one-stop shop for all healthcare professionals at the hospice for MND.
