CNS support

Within my role as a CNS I currently support members of the MNT who are involved with out patients in the community to ensure they have effective support and collative working.

Current teams I work closely with is dietitians, SALT and RCT. Also members of our palliative care team who provide when discussing our MND patients. 

I also regularly email neurologists to keep them update, MND Practitioners who are involved in our MND patients care.
