Reflection - Week 5

It was interesting to look at the different cases, and how each professional approached the patients need.

It was also highlighted how important psychosocial aspects of care are really important. The need to address and digest the diagnosis and support patients and their families through their journey is vital. If we get that right, i feel like it opens the door for different services, we can build relationships with patients and their families.
