My attempt at open photo with Flickr

This is so new to me. I created a Flickr Account and uploaded a photo with some rights reserved.

First off, a hot chocolate run sounds like something I just might be convinced to do.

Second - good for you that you created a Flickr account! As I replied to an earlier post, it is fun to use your own photos in presentations - particularly when you can take just the right one for whatever point you need to illustrate.

The next step would be to create alt-text for this image, and while Flickr doesn't have a field to do this (which actually is a good thing), you might want to think of ways you (or others) might use this image and what function it would serve. It could be a presentation on fun marathons and then you would likely just the description you included that accompanies the photo, or, if you used this in a presentation on overcoming obstacles, you may describe it as "Kelli, who overcame X to participate in last year's hot chocolate run."
