Open Education Buddy

Hello folks,

I have choosen to find an Open Education Buddy. Starting tomorrow, Aaron Masionville and I will be back together to create a booklet based on a OER textbook about Success for College students. We did some work together earlier this year and I am so happy to get back at it. We may  try to create a module format instead depending on how ambitious we feel. I hope to be able to share a draft of at least one section/chapter before the mini-mooc is over.

Sounds like you and Aaron are a mighty duo Irene. The types of student support materials that you mention are an excellent example of collaboration between and across institutions through open resources. I'm excited to see your draft if you have a chance to share it this week!

Irene that is such a cool idea! I like the idea of a module format, breaking it down into smaller, more manageable pieces might help with the success of your project!
