Reflections of Collaboration

Reflections from the Peanut Gallery



Collaboration can be an effective tool in accomplishing more ground when working on a project.

Collaboration gives the group more opportunities to share thoughts, ideas and suggestions one may not have thought about on their own. 

Collaboration helps identify cultural thoughts, opinions and practices so no one group is ever left out.

Collaboration can be frustrating if multiple members like to carry the "captain of the ship" status.

Collaboration can be a struggle when not everyone carriers the same work ethic. 

Collaboration can clash when there is a culture of conflict.
