Better understand myself before new OER practice

As a college instructor and an university lecturer, I believe to practice open education can not be fulfilled by any one individual.  It has to be done by the whole team, every team member has the same understanding about open education.  One side sharing can not be called open. I am pretty satisfied with the result of my self-assessment. I believe my next step is to share this to my team.

Hi Wei -

Thanks for your post. So true that Open Education is only possible when we approach it as a collective. I was just reviewing the materials for a course and stumbled across the proverb "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together". This certainly seems to be the spirit that you bring to your work.
