Accessibility/Inclusivity Tools

I used one of the website accessibility assessment tools to give a preliminary assessment on an open textbook I would like to use.

Overall, it looks like the text book is an "easy-read" choice for my college students. As I examine the assessment, I would prefer if the tool gave a legend for the colour spectrum used. I am glad it gave a key for the numeric values. I would like to dig a little further into the Flesch Kinkaid and Coleman Liau models to understand, more precisely, how and why this is a good resource for my students.
