MDT introduction

Hi

My name is Aileen, I've been a nurse for almost 30 years. I have returned to a clinical setting after years away. 

I work in a hospice palliative care setting where I care for several MND patients, I also support the running of a drop in neuro cafe that supports MND patients. 

I'm hoping to gain new knowledge to support and promote better MDT working and therefore improve the patient journey overall. 

Will also be nice to make new friends.
