Instructions

Considering the patient experience of MDT working

Purpose

This activity is an opportunity to step outside your professional role and reflect on care from the perspective of people living with MND and those close to them.

Task

Reflect on your own beliefs and understanding of what person centred practice means within MDT working.

Consider how communication, collaboration, decision making and coordinated care may influence the experiences of people receiving support.

Add two or three reflections to the discussion board below and engage with the thoughts and experiences shared by other learners.

Please start a new discussion below and comment on at least one other learner’s post to trigger the completion tick.
