Hi all, 

I'm Stephanie Wilkinson, I am new to MND joining the East Kent team in June 2026. 

I have a background of stroke nursing care for the past 15 years, have worked well in a MDT approach more so in an inpatient setting. Keen to hear how you find working with community trusts and linking in with other acute trusts for joint care.
