reflection

For me personal centred care means seeing the person not just their diagnosis. I believe it is important to listen to what matters to each individual, respect their wishes and choices and help maintain their dignity and independences for as long a possible. Everyone is different and I feel we need to adapt our approach to meet their individual needs.
