H5P and video embed

I teach an online course, and I'm interested in ways to simplify the way in which students can pop into meetings with me. (I ask that they have at least one required meeting with me)

Last semester we used google meet, which seemed to work ok. I am going for something easier yet, ideally something that could be embedded within an assignment so they can click and go.

I have an account set up with appear.in and after browsing through the H5P content types, I found one for it. Here's what I came up with:

I still need to figure out how to make it a different size...right now it looks like the words are running into one another.
