Accessiblity of Math Web sites

Day 9 Post

I used the AChecker to check several Websites that I have referred students to in the past or that I learned of in this course.  On the first two sites, www.tedsundstron.com/mathreasoning and www.mathtv.com, there were no problems.  I then checked www.patricJMT.com and it had 3 known problems and 6 potential problems.  Next, I checked www.Mathispower4U.com ; this site had a large number (75) of known problems and even more (179) potential problems.  The next site I checked, www.HCCMAthHelp.com , had no problems.  Finally I checked www.khnacademy.org and found 2 known problems.

Most of the sites were accessible and Mathispower4U has most of its errors on a few lines.
