MND Research Nurse / UK

Dear all, 

My name is Rachael and i am an MND research network nurse. I work in Liverpool, UK. I am based as my local NHS trust, however i am part of a team of MND network nurses based around the UK. 

i have recently been appointed, therefore I am looking forward to this course broadening my knowledge on MND and learning how the impact of an MDT can have positive outcomes for patients and carers
